-Represented developer in negotiating, documenting and closing net leased, adaptive reuse of a mill yard in tech-driven New England downtown. The project centered around a build-to-suit, 1,700-space parking garage project and also included rehab of the historic mill building. Entailed closing an $8mm land and building purchase and a $60mm construction loan with a large, credit-tenant lender. Also formulated an air rights regime based on a pre-construction, cloud-point survey of the parking garage. 

-Represented developer in public-private partnership with a city in the mid-south and placement of a $60mm opportunity zone financing vehicle for development of mixed-use, redevelopment project in the city's historic downtown.


-Represented purchaser-corporation in purchase of multi-phase industrial development in Broward County, Florida, including closing a $35mm acquisition and a $75mm loan facility. 


-Represented several clients with single tenant net lease portfolios ranging from one to as many as eighty-five properties.

-Represented equity investor in its side of the acquisition, ownership and development entity for several diverse assets, including a boutique office building in a Florida urban core, a net-leased, mission critical aerospace facility in Alabama and a three-state portfolio of development sites for a growing experiential retail concept.
