Melville Law represents investors and business organizations in their acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate in every asset class. Mr. Melville has closed over $450 million in real estate transactions over the course of his career. He also has experience in the burgeoning area of Opportunity Zones and their use as real estate financing vehicle. He also represents clients in joint venture agreements formed to purchase and develop real estate.

Many of Melville Law's clients are investors and developers of net-leased properties with credit tenants in retail, office and industrial settings. He routinely helps clients with development, leasing and construction financing in connection with credit tenant-leased properties.

As a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company, Mr. Melville also acts as title agent, escrow agent and closing agent in many transactions. His many years of title experience and knowledge of the industry are invaluable assets in any commercial real estate deal. In addition, Mr. Melville routinely handles 1031 exchange transactions for a number of clients.
