Melville Law represents building owners, land owners and tenants in negotiating and documenting commercial leases for office, retail, industrial and agricultural assets. A large portion of Mr. Melville's commercial leasing practice involves representing landlord/developers in negotiating and documenting net leases with credit tenants, in coordination with lenders, on build-to-suit projects of varying size and complexity.
